Need a fantasy football cheat sheet 2026 printable that you can actually use while the draft clock is running? Download the free PDF below for a clean, printer-friendly full-PPR draft board with overall rankings, position tiers, official 2026 bye weeks, a round-by-round plan, and space to track your roster.
This cheat sheet is built for a typical 12-team, single-quarterback redraft league. The baseline assumes one point per reception, four points per passing touchdown, and standard rushing and receiving yardage scoring. Because every platform and league is different, treat the ranks as a flexible draft map rather than a command to select the next name on the page.

What Is Included in the 2026 Printable Cheat Sheet?
The PDF is designed to reduce tab-switching on draft day. It combines the information most managers need at a glance:
- A top-100 overall full-PPR draft board
- Running back and wide receiver tiers
- Quarterback and tight end position rankings
- D/ST and kicker shortlists
- Every official 2026 NFL bye week
- A simple round-by-round draft plan

The player board is an original AllFreePrintable editorial synthesis. It was informed by current 2026 PPR rankings and draft-market information from FantasyPros consensus rankings, ESPN’s 2026 PPR rankings, Rotoworld’s 2026 Top 200, and current fantasy ADP data. It is not a copy of any single source.

2026 PPR First-Round Rankings at a Glance
The opening round should give you a reliable combination of workload, weekly ceiling, and receiving volume. Running backs and wide receivers dominate this tier because both positions fill multiple starting slots in most leagues. The order below is the starting point used in our printable, but players within the same tier are close enough to move based on your roster settings and risk preference.
| Rank | Player | Pos. | Team | Bye |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Jahmyr Gibbs | RB | DET | 6 |
| 2 | Bijan Robinson | RB | ATL | 11 |
| 3 | Ja’Marr Chase | WR | CIN | 6 |
| 4 | Puka Nacua | WR | LAR | 11 |
| 5 | Jaxon Smith-Njigba | WR | SEA | 11 |
| 6 | Christian McCaffrey | RB | SF | 8 |
| 7 | Jonathan Taylor | RB | IND | 13 |
| 8 | Amon-Ra St. Brown | WR | DET | 6 |
| 9 | De’Von Achane | RB | MIA | 6 |
| 10 | Justin Jefferson | WR | MIN | 6 |
| 11 | CeeDee Lamb | WR | DAL | 14 |
| 12 | James Cook III | RB | BUF | 7 |
How to read the tiers: Tier 1 contains foundational picks with a realistic path to finishing first at their position. Tier 2 offers the same elite weekly profile with a slightly different risk or volume mix. Tier 3 fits the back half of Round 1 and the early Round 2 turn. Do not panic over a one- or two-spot difference inside a tier.
How to Use This Fantasy Football Draft Cheat Sheet
- Write down your league settings first. Confirm the number of teams, reception scoring, starting lineup, passing-touchdown value, and whether more than one quarterback can start.
- Cross out players as they are selected. This prevents you from wasting precious clock time scanning names who are already gone.
- Watch the final names in each tier. If only one starting-caliber running back remains in a tier, that scarcity may matter more than a small overall-rank difference.
- Mark your roster as you draft. A highly ranked player can still be the wrong pick if you have ignored a required starting position for too long.
- Use ADP as a price estimate, not a projection. A player can be worth drafting while still being available one round later. Balance talent with the likely cost in your draft room.
Recommended Draft Strategy by Round

Rounds 1-2: Build Around Volume
Start with players who can command elite touches or targets. In full PPR, a high-volume receiver can be every bit as valuable as a workhorse back. Avoid locking yourself into a fixed RB-RB or WR-WR start before seeing which tier reaches your pick.
Rounds 3-5: Complete the Starting Core
Continue building your running back and receiver foundation, then consider a premium quarterback or tight end when the value is right. The goal is not to fill every starting slot as early as possible; it is to leave these rounds with several difference-makers instead of reaching to make the roster look complete.
Rounds 6-9: Draft for Ceiling
This range often decides whether a roster becomes merely safe or genuinely hard to beat. Target receivers whose roles can expand, backs one injury away from major volume, and quarterbacks with rushing or touchdown upside. If you waited at tight end, choose a player with a believable route to becoming a top-two target on his team.
Rounds 10-12: Add Volatility to the Bench
Bench spots should create future decisions in your favor. Rookies, high-leverage handcuffs, and players in unsettled depth-chart battles are usually more valuable than a low-ceiling veteran you are unlikely to start. You can find replacement-level production on waivers; genuine breakout roles are harder to acquire after they become obvious.
Final Rounds: Wait on D/ST and Kicker
In a conventional redraft format, use the final two selections on defense and kicker. Early-season matchups matter, and both positions are streamable. If your league does not require you to draft them, use the extra bench spots until lineup deadlines require a move.
Full PPR vs. Half PPR vs. Standard Rankings
| Format | Reception Value | Players Who Gain Value | How to Adjust This Sheet |
|---|---|---|---|
| Full PPR | 1 point | High-target WRs, pass-catching RBs, volume TEs | Use the printable as written. |
| Half PPR | 0.5 point | Balanced rushers and efficient receivers | Slightly raise touchdown-heavy RBs; reduce reception-only specialists. |
| Standard | 0 points | Goal-line backs and big-play touchdown scorers | Move high-volume rushers up and lower low-yardage catch specialists. |
| Superflex / 2QB | Varies | Quarterbacks | Do not use the overall order unchanged; QBs move into the earliest rounds. |
2026 NFL Bye Weeks for Fantasy Football
Bye weeks should break close ties, not force you to pass on a clearly better player. The biggest pressure point is Week 11, when six teams are off. The official schedule has no byes in Week 12. The table below follows the NFL’s published 2026 bye-week list.

| Bye Week | Teams |
|---|---|
| Week 5 | Carolina Panthers; Kansas City Chiefs |
| Week 6 | Cincinnati Bengals; Detroit Lions; Miami Dolphins; Minnesota Vikings |
| Week 7 | Buffalo Bills; Jacksonville Jaguars; Los Angeles Chargers; Washington Commanders |
| Week 8 | Houston Texans; New Orleans Saints; New York Giants; San Francisco 49ers |
| Week 9 | Pittsburgh Steelers; Tennessee Titans |
| Week 10 | Chicago Bears; Denver Broncos; Philadelphia Eagles; Tampa Bay Buccaneers |
| Week 11 | Atlanta Falcons; Cleveland Browns; Green Bay Packers; Los Angeles Rams; New England Patriots; Seattle Seahawks |
| Week 12 | No teams on bye |
| Week 13 | Baltimore Ravens; Indianapolis Colts; Las Vegas Raiders; New York Jets |
| Week 14 | Arizona Cardinals; Dallas Cowboys |
When Should You Draft a Quarterback?
In a one-quarterback league, quarterback depth gives you permission to stay patient. Josh Allen, Jayden Daniels, and Lamar Jackson can justify an earlier selection because rushing production creates an unusually high ceiling. If the room pushes quarterbacks up, keep taking running backs and wide receivers from stronger tiers and return to the position later.
Superflex is completely different. When two quarterbacks can start, the position becomes scarce and several QBs can belong in Round 1. The overall top 100 in this download is not intended for superflex drafts without major adjustment.
When Should You Draft a Tight End?
Tight end works best as a tier decision. Trey McBride and Brock Bowers headline the premium group. If you miss the price you want, avoid chasing the position one pick later simply because another manager started a run. Select value elsewhere and target the next group, where Colston Loveland, Tyler Warren, Kyle Pitts, Harold Fannin Jr., and Sam LaPorta offer different combinations of role and upside.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this fantasy football cheat sheet free to print?
Yes. The PDF is free for personal, noncommercial use. You can print a copy for your own draft or save it to a tablet for quick reference.
What scoring format does the 2026 cheat sheet use?
It uses a full-PPR baseline for a 12-team, single-quarterback redraft league: one point per reception, four points per passing touchdown, and standard yardage scoring.
Can I use it for half-PPR?
Yes, but make small adjustments. Goal-line running backs gain relative value, while players who rely heavily on short receptions lose a little. Most players remain in a similar general tier.
Can I use these rankings for dynasty or keeper leagues?
Not without substantial changes. This is a 2026 redraft cheat sheet, so it prioritizes expected production this season instead of long-term age, contract, or career value.
Does the printable work for superflex leagues?
The position lists are still useful, but the overall board is not designed for superflex. Starting two quarterbacks creates scarcity and moves QBs much earlier.
How often should fantasy rankings be updated?
Refresh them after major injuries, trades, suspensions, or depth-chart changes. During preseason, even one news item can change a player’s role and draft cost within hours.
